• What's the actual bandwidth, and is it shared or dedicated?
• Is there a backup line from a second provider?
• What happens during a power cut — is there a generator or UPS covering the whole floor?

Power reliability matters as much as raw speed in Kerala. A space with a solid generator and a second ISP will keep you working on the days your home setup wouldn't.

Visit at your working hours

A space feels completely different at 11am on a Wednesday than during a quiet Friday tour. Ask to drop in when it's busy. You'll learn more in twenty minutes than from any brochure — how loud the common area gets, whether meeting rooms are actually free, how crowded the parking is.

Before you decide, confirm:

1. The commute works on your worst-traffic day.
2. The desk type matches your real weekly pattern.
3. You've seen the full cost, including GST and deposit.
4. You've tested the internet yourself during peak hours.
5. You know the notice period and deposit refund terms.
